Transnational project meeting - Bucharest, Romania
The first transnational project meeting was held in Bucharest, from December 5 to 7, 2018.
Representatives from all partner organizations attended the meeting.
The first transnational meeting of the Erasmus + project "Balance through non-violence" was an event that brought together representatives of the partner institutions involved in this strategic partnership. The first transnational meeting "Balance through non-violence", the Erasmus + project was organized by the partner ZIVAC GROUP CENTRAL and took place three days, taking the form of the working sessions. The working sessions included the official opening and closing of the meeting and round tables, focused on discussing all priorities and agendas, such as project development and its best approach. The purpose of this meeting was to ensure better time management, first through better planning; prioritizing; delegation; control and monitoring.
During the transnational meeting, the objectives of the project were presented and discussed, the general plan and responsibilities of the project were discussed and a provisional program for meetings and activities from the project years was developed.

The second transnational project meeting was held in Bologna, June 10-12, 2019.
Representatives from all partner organizations attended the meeting.
The main objectives of the meeting were for all partners to be aware of the progress of the project and to discuss the potential and significant problems available regarding the implementation of the project. The topic of the agenda of the second meeting was: Management and implementation: - discussing the management activities carried out by each partner and the general management of the project; - discussions on the activities, tasks and subsequent responsibilities of the management of the partners, according to the management plan; - general presentation of the progress of the project implementation - the partners presented the activities carried out and up-to-date progress; - the activities for the following months were evaluated and planned, in terms of resources allocated to each activity; - financial aspects regarding the project budget were discussed.
Transnational project meeting - Nicosia, Cyrpus
The third transnational project meeting was held in Nicosia, September 9-11, 2019.
Representatives from all partner organizations attended the meeting.
The objectives of the meeting were: Management and implementation: - discussing the management activities carried out by each partner and the general management of the project; - discussions on the activities, tasks and subsequent responsibilities of the management of the partners, according to the management plan; - general presentation of the progress of the project.
The partners presented the activities achieved and the up-to-date progress. An evaluation and a planning of the activities / results / achievements for the following months was made. The financial aspects of the project budget were discussed. Overview of the activity for intellectual products 2 and 3. Possible corrective measures have been proposed to optimize these results. Planning and setting terms for the next intellectual outcome. The experts held discussions and possibly corrected strategies used to increase the dissemination of intellectual products and quality indicators.

The fourth transnational project meeting took place in Bucharest, between September 1-2, 2020.
The last transnational meeting was attended by representatives from all partner organizations.
The objectives of the meeting were: Management and implementation: - discussing the management activities carried out by each partner; - General presentation of the final product of the project; - discussions on the activities, tasks and responsibilities of the partners, according to the management plan; - discussion of the final evaluation report; - discussions on the impact of the project; - discussions on the dissemination activities of the project products; - common and country-specific measures for the sustainability of project products.
The partners presented the activities carried out and the progress to date. An evaluation of the activities / results / achievements was made by the time of the meeting. Financial aspects of the project budget were discussed. General presentation of the final intellectual products. Possible corrective measures have been proposed to optimize these results. The experts discussed and possibly corrected strategies used to increase the dissemination of intellectual products and quality indicators.
