IO 1 - The Test - Questionnaire for the Assessment of Psychological Resilience
The Psychological Resilience Assessment Test is a tool designed to assess the level of psychological resilience of personnel involved in emergency situations (doctors, nurses, volunteers, paramedics, firefighters). This intellectual outcome will have the impact of increasing awareness of the key role of psychological resilience in personnel involved in emergency situations, knowledge of stress signals resulting from emergency situations by personnel involved in these situations.

IO3 - Course for increasing the psychological resilience of personnel involved in emergency situations
Several educational materials were developed as part of this intellectual output. The first educational material consisted in the development of a manual-guide, the second material was the development of course materials and the third material was the development of a PPT course. Our aim in designing and producing these educational materials was to be able to provide staff working in emergency situations, trainers and other stakeholders in the field with a comprehensive set of tools for increasing psychological resilience.

IO4 - Digital Video Course
The fourth outcome of the project is a video training course that provides visual guidance for increasing psychological resilience.
The video course has been designed and developed with the aim of providing access to all those interested in understanding aspects of increasing psychological resilience, without geographical limitations.
The online course is also highly available, as it will allow learning at any time, as each person who downloads it (free of charge) will be able to benefit, when their individual time allows. The course can be accessed at any time, by anyone who wishes. The online version of the course will increase the sustainability and exploitation of the project, even after its completion.

Practical guide to increasing psychological resilience to personnel involved in emergency
The Practical Guide to Increasing Psychological Resilience is a document aimed at staff involved in emergency situations who wish to increase their level of psychological resilience. The practical guide can also be used by others who are interested in increasing their level of psychological resilience.
The impact of this material, developed with the support of the coordinator, aims to improve resilience through awareness of the emotional consequences of the trauma experienced, acquisition of behaviours and skills that can increase resilience, knowledge of stress signals resulting from emergency situations by personnel involved in emergency situations doctors, nurses, paramedics, firefighters.
